I go to school
The mind is a battlefield always twisting and turning
Wondering what is right and wrong always yearning
For a better understanding in the midst of its rhetoric
Trying to learn more in between interllects because
Even at times the most smartest need help choosing
Which road to go, some of the things we go through
Others will never know because The Mind Is A Battlefield
Leaving us fussing and fighting within our own minds
Waiting for someone to save us- just in the knick of time
Because The Mind Is A Battlefield making us wonder if
We should Love or Hate progrees on or wait,
Step into the light or dwell in the darkness
Confess about our disibilities or plead to smartness
Steal, lie, or Live right by honesty it becomes confusing
Because it is left to US if we want to tell the truth
The Mind Is A Battlefield leaving us praying to Jesus after
The war is done, hoping and wishing that we have not lost
But won, the battle within ourself because nobody
Can take care of us, unless we save ourselves....
From our own insanity-....
The Mind Is A Battlefield
