It seems we lost what it means to be queens
it more than a pretty face that can cook and clean
do the laundry, press and steam
    interpret a dream
    nurture flowers
maintain and gain her own green
    feed and clothe her offspring
from a 9-5 lifestyle that is mainstream
if you know what I mean

It seams we lost what it means to be queens
its more than being his misses
    washing and drying the dishes
    fullfilling his royal wishes
so you can later recieve his riches

it seems we lost what it means to be queens
webster's queen only requires a wedding ring to be the wife or widow of a king
    Society's magazine queen
is only destiny childs independent woman theme
you know that song we all used to sing
that gives you that **** a king
    I'm a queen
but see that's not my thing
cause that's how queens end up hating kings and only loving queens

it seems we lost what it means to be queens
put it in prospective of chess
a king knows his queen is the best
superior to those who only protect him less
when he is under attack or stress
it is his queen that guards his back, sides and his chest
    like a bullet proof vest
if your into the holy kuran or bible
you know being a queen is more than a title
    given to women
cause we were the first ones sining
ling and crying cause we were naive
so now we have to prove ourselves worthy to the king we recieve
and that's not determined by how many seeds we concieve
but by our morals and what we believe

it seems we lost what it means tobe queens
how can we call ourselves queens
when we pick jacks over kings?
or decipher kings by how long his thing swings or makes or body sing?
how can we call ourselves queens if we are more concerned about the bling in his chain and his rings?
    then him as a man
    I don't understand
How can we call ourselves queens
if we have nothing to the table to bring
it seems we lost what it means to be queens

this goes out to my generation our civilization
because we are th erib of a king his backbone
the one that represents him when he is no longer on the throne
see ladies we bleed to breed seeds that only kings and queens can give royal nutrients they need in order to succeed one day lead this nation we are chasing

so princesses who are waiting to be wed upon their head
take heed to what i have said so that you won't be mislead mislead to being less than a queen
