    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Heir apparent to the throne
    Born gifted with airborne abilities
    Good life
    Good family
On the road to fame and fortune

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Millions calling your name
    As you mystify
    With spell bounding moves
    Claiming your place in history
    The world is your table
    Youth on your side

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Championships
    Fall into your hand
    Like leaves from a tree
You pluck them adding them to your crown
    No one can stop you
    From claiming the mantle
    Laid down by your predecessor
    The greatest player ever

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Beautiful wife
Even though some deem it a travesty
    She wasn’t a sista
But because of you she was accepted
    Beautiful child
    To complete the beautiful picture

    Dribble pass dunk shoot
    Black Camelot
    Round table of basketballs finest
    And you are King Kobe
Ready to pull Xcalibur from the stone
    And take the throne
Never realizing the Kingdom shall not pass to you

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    One fateful knight
    While away
    Met young girl
    With stars in her eyes
    And confusion in her mind
    Things happen
That only known between you two
    He says, she says
    Yet investigation begins

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Dropped the ball
    In mid dribble
    Making a pass
    Trying to shoot
    Your game
    But the dunk
    Didn’t go through

    Dribble pass shoot dunk
    Adultery
    Is the only crime
    Yet others say different
    One night
    Of cheap pleasure
    Threatens to destroy
    Your journey to the throne
    Dark clouds overhead
    Folk’s backs turning on you
    Black Camelot
    Destroyed
    No matter the outcome
The only thing that will be left
Is the sound of a basketball
Bouncing with no one to guide it….

    this is deep Bishop
    all in a night
    brought down from his flight
    evil was just waiting
    for the guard to drop
    his guard
    and it only
    took one night
    Peace

    well felt
    sad shameful game
    he player and shot
    the ball in the wrong
    basket and the points
is not his but the court
    has a game plan
    da dethrone of a star
    in a game call puball
    the late night call
    was a small play
    now tyme to pay up!
    career shot , wasted
    broken family of un bond
    kobe .....son ya done ..
    now face the championship
    of reality life before u

    another sad song written
    unto the history of men

just amazing. The poem, but definitely the situation. I don't like Kobe personally. He's always made me sick. I know there are a lot of Kobe fans out there, but I'm not one of them. I do believe he's gifted and I also believe he's innocent. Innocent yes, but I figure these professional athletes HAVE TO be a little more conscious about their situations.....AT ALL TIMES.

    Good one Bishop.

Whether I like him or not...here's what ya got!

Celebrity status like American royalty too many black and brown faces hold this fame.
How do you dethrone a monarch? You take aways his good name.
So you never been to a lynching, what? Did the OJ trial teach you nothing, his sins are evident, he thought he was above the law...but come on people some know when they have gone to far!
Thought you transcended color, honorary caucasian like some other's, but you should have listened to the hushed conversations from your mother's...About Emett Till many nameless others who were hanged to death at "picanikka's" before the mother's ,sister's and daughter's.
The fathers dare not look away, for it might be their place to sway on the end of the tree of "Strange Fruit"!
See the public doesn't give a hoot, they are like the Romans at the Arena, they just want blood...what's "Justice" got to do with it! Whoa be to the affluent broter who doesn't cover all the bases, before he hit's it and quits it!
Cause like Kobe this is what you git!
    "I'm just saying!"
(The term picnic actually originates from Jim Crow south terminology when the family gathering is planned around a lynching where they had picked a ***** to hang).

    Blessings On Ya House!
