Black People : The Gates Case "Why we should pay attention!

Because it is about much much more then race.

It is about a man who has made history thorough our race and has now not only embarassed our entire race in the eyes of the world by capitulating to the wants and desires of a racist cop,
but has also showed himself to be a weak president in the eyes of the nations that are competitors or enemies of this plutocracy, by showing fear towards someone of no power

Chuck:

As my mom always used to say?

"At least it's better to get the bad news from a friend of the family..."

FYI...

Do keep on keeping on, my good brother!

Gates is an attention hog, this whole thing has blown up in the faces of those who planned it wanting to show that no matter who you are in Black skin, racial profiling, and harassment of us, really is a problem...

Chuck:

No...

Obama's past rhetoric lead all of us to believe his words would reflect his deeds...

Perhaps a lot of us got it backwards...

Or perhaps more of us need and should want to truly find out what he stands against as well as stands for...

Otherwise we continue to have four years to find out if he's a man or a mouse!

Time etc. will tell...

FYI...

Later...

Peace...

As an expert on racism in America Gates surely knew that a Black man has no rights that a white man is bound to respect. The cop knew this that's why when Gates asked for his name and badge number the cop kept walking. Yet though we can talk about what Gates should and shouldnta down that in no way justifies the cop's behavior.

When my father was a young man he was arrested for disturbing the peace when he put a dime in a juke box. The police drove him to the station then left him in the car while they went inside to play cards. They would come to the station door and tease him. "Run, N i g g e r, this is your chance to escape." But my father ain't no fool. He knew what the deal was so he stayed in the car until they came and took him out. Then a few days later they came to the airforce base where he was and claimed he was a fugitive. He went to court to clear his name but years later he almost lost a job because it was still on his record but when he called the fbi they told him there was no record. . Talk about psyching somebody out. It's on his record but it's not on his record.
