THE FOAM OF VENUS: mythology of Titus birth and letter in JUDE

    By Andre Austin

According to Apuleius, who was imitated into the Isis/Osiris mysteries states “Though she were dropped down from heaven, conceived of the sea foam, cradled among the waves though she were Venus herself” (Golden *** translated by Jack Lindsay p.55)

Emperor Titus claimed to have been born from the virgin Venus in the water of her foam. Domitian claim of his birth from Venus (Morning star in Rev 22:16) from a seed not a virgin.

Some Roman historians said Titus was fond of young boy that were made eunuchs and other Roman historians like Suetonius reports he had to break off his relationship with his favorite boys who were eunuchs and inverts.

A letter from Jude in the New Testament seems to back it up at “Love feasts (banquet?) who are “without fruit…they are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever” (Jude 12-13) in conjunction with this quote Sodom and Gomorrah is brought up too. Just what star is Jude talking about? Most likely the Venus star. According to Pliny the elder Venus is called Lucifer “when it comes in advance and rises before dawn…as being another sun Vesper as prolonging the daylight r performing the function of the Moon”. (Natural History)

Some of the writing of Philo were used to help write the New Testament. I will focus on Venus. Recall the first command of God is for Adam and Eve to have sex, however we have the Catholic having their Nuns run around to get none being an offshoot from the Vestal Virgins.

The Two Banquets at which Socrates was Present

“Plato’s Banquet is almost entirely concerned with love, not merely with men madly in love with women…but men from males differing from them only in age. For even if it appears that there is some contrived subtlety concerning Eros and heavenly Aphrodite (Venus) it is brought in by way of jest…vulgar love…produces in their souls (spirit) the disease of effeminancy and render androgynous …And having ruined their years of boyhood, and degraded them to the class and condition of sex objects” (Philo of Alexandra Editor Richard Payne p.51)

So I went into the Symposium (187-189D) of Plato and found something interesting that may go back to Egypt:

“And as they lie together suppose Hephaistos (Ptah a craftsmen potter wheel) were to stand beside them with his tools, and ask what do you want from each other men? And if they were at a loss, suppose he should ask again, is it only that you desire to be together as close as possible, and not to be apart from eachother night or day? For if that is what you desire, I’am ready to melt you and weld you together, so that you two may be made one and as one you may live together as long as you live, and when you die you may die still one instead of two…For the reason is this was our ancient natural shape, when we were one whole; and so the desire for the whole and pursuit of it is name Love”. (The Great Dialogues of Plato translated by W.H.D Rose p.86) Now this sounds a lot like Genesis and Matthew talk about Male & female coming together As one.

Likewise in Egypt Frogs were associated with naked boys newly formed and created on a potter’s wheel:

In the book of Revelations 16:13-16 where 1 of three frogs is naked and shamefully exposed is linked with Mark 14:51 which is a parody of Titus being naked in Garden in War of the Jews Book 5 chapter 2.2. We know from previous writings that being killed naked or caught with pants down is equal to being without a weapon (WOJ Book 3: chapter 7.9). With Titus being equated with be a naked frog and being with nude boys we can see it in Egyptian mythology too. After all Vespasian, Titus and Domitian all were followers of the Egyptian religion. The Venus foam story from Titus himself and being linked in the letter of Jude about sexual immorality just clinches the matter ever more.

Notes for the Venus of Titus:

    Jude 1:12-14New International Version (NIV)

12 These people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm—shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted—twice dead. 13 They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.

    Mythology of Venus

Aphrodite (Venus) was born of the sea foam near Paphos, Cyprus after Cronus cut off Ouranos' genitals and threw them behind him into the sea. Hesiod's Theogony described that the genitals "were carried over the sea a long time, and white foam arose from the immortal flesh; with it a girl grew" to become Aphrodite. This fully grown up myth of Venus (the Roman name for Aphrodite), Venus Anadyomene ("Venus Rising From the Sea")

So if Titus liken himself with the birth of Venus it would have been like a castrated eunuch without fruit which is liken to a dry (dead Tree in Isaiah.

    Isaiah 56:3New International Version (NIV)

3 Let no foreigner who is bound to the Lord say,“The Lord will surely exclude me from his people.”
And let no eunuch complain,“I am only a dry tree.”

In contrast Domitian claims to be born of the seed of Venus as Paul puts it in his letters.

    Revelation 22:16New International Version (NIV)

16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you[a] this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star (Venus).”

Titus comes from Venus seedless Virgin

Domitian takes the seed and root of the Tree of David from Venus
