The affects of when keeps my ambition at bay
Tattered and torn, I desperately try to make
My way through this shackled reality I call my past
    Anger is what I feel
Red is what I see, yeah…. I’m quick enough to outrun my fears
It’s the residue of my experiences that can’t escape me

    If I can run but I can’t hide …
then what’s the use of running?
They say the chase is the fun…. I guess so…. if you not the one looking back as you run
    peace.......

    felt this flow
    tho I hold the past
    as constant reference
    then again I might have
run from it if it was bad enough.
    enjoyed this piece.
