Nutrition. Not getting the proper daily requirement of protein and calories. Recently I have made an effort to consume the daily requirements of protein (56grams) and calories (2500) and seen personally my body becoming stronger. I have always been skinny but not feminine and never made a point to hit those marks daily. Toxic proteins from fast food may also be a factor. But this is just my opinion based on what I experience. Not sure how it affects someone that's feminine. For me personally I do not really see a lot of feminine black young males but rather some look short and kind of skinny.I appreciate your taking some time to respond to this thread. Proper nutrition and mental stability do go hand in hand for sports athletes or if one is a health buff however. what do you think leads to the femininity in a large number of today's male population.
