It is with a heavy mind that I think of alone time
The time which remains that was left alone

Something doesn't feel right though subtle and sublime
What can one discover, unless one discovers the unknown

Loud sounds within, no foe nor friend can cease this dreadful hollow
Round mounds of wind, blow from end to end, bringing along waves of sorrow

How does one stand among the many that have seen this empty place before it came
Desolate and naked, nothing to hide its shame

She was afraid to give it name, as it would know when spoken
It was to be forever secluded and hexed, unless the curse be broken

Six sides did it know, six sides did it hate
Six sides had it encompassed, freedom would have to wait

Wait for its chosen ones to find the power in the six
For once the curse was broken She knew She alone couldn't fix

So She gathered up her horsemen to hunt down all they could
From township to village, to the smallest neighbor hood.

Disposing of those that knew, and whom could break the curse
And would release the Emptiness upon the realm they called Earth

Gatherings of these numbers grew more and more
So She increased the missive to keep them from one forty four.

Their resilience was strong and try as She did.
She could no longer keep them from that which She forbid

With the gathering settled and the numbers combined
    They focused upon each side
    twenty four they did divide
And broke loose that which was confined.

It roared like a ramshackle winding up everything in its path
Tall trees, enormous mounts, nothing escaped its wrath

The terror was so immense that She couldn't hesitate
She would have to bring in the factor of the seven

As They brought it forth She placed it above the Gate
And that which was there would appear below, this realm They called Heaven.

...to reach this new realm, those below would have time
the measure of duality between the tangible and the sublime
which they would gather from the high place to use and practice within
as the emptiness would soon test to see if their will could bend

Some withstood the challenge and rebuffed the force around
channeled the new realm, adding hidden talent, becoming a Sa compound
equaling the nature and strength of the void
One began to create all that it enjoyed

Overcoming the emptiness with vibrance and life
peace was established in avoidance of strife
and those that accepted and desired the same
would be recognized through their will to maintain

Keeping up the fight and not giving in
To the emptiness all around, which causes will to bend
They would be allowed entry into the peaceful realm above
Where kindred, justice, all in love, would be lofty liken a dove

But until one hundred two score and four above did combine
The continuation of emptiness was more, until the end of time
So devised a plan did They to bring together their own select
To combat that which was below, that the numbers did reflect

The process began and so it was that each would have to wait
to past the test, gathering the best, for a key entering Heaven's Gate
One by one time did reveal those that would pass through the door
To be prepared to again seal the emptiness along with its one forty four.

And anybody can comment and discuss my poems all they like, not a sensitive lil so and so.
Discuss away, I mean this is what a forum thread does... creates the desire to discuss that which is posted...

Discuss at will, and don't let anyone other than the author of the post (myself in this case), suggest that you cannot.

    Respect
