You're on way to collective greatness.

But you know some people are gonna get lost in the process. Either you gonna put them off your bandwagon or they gonna fall off for reasons of their own.

When you have achieved greatness, will you come back for them, or leave them by the wayside?

Those you left by the wayside, how will you provide for them, or should you provide for them in some way?

If everyone benefits from collective success, then shouldn't EVERYONE?
Or you realize that you cain't save everybody so you just let them fall by the wayside and die?

Will anyone be left behind on their own accord to save or help those who were bounced off or fell off the bandwagon to collective greatness?

    medusanegrita,

On the way toward greatness, you ask the question, what will happen to those that don't make it, for whatever reason; well, the honorable thing to do would be to pick them up and dust them off, provided greatness is achieved.

    I agree with Bro. Clyde

Also, no greatness comes from selfishness and/or neglect...

If we leave those who are left behind by the wayside then we have not achieved any greatness at all.

The goal is to unite and grow, not to disband.

    EXACTLY

in the term Black nationalism, the collective is wholistic, and the Nguzo Saba is a science that ensures no one gets left out

    Umoja (Unity)
To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and race.
    Kujichagulia (Self-Determination)
To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves.
    Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility)
To build and maintain our community together and make our brother's and sister's problems our problems and to solve them together.
    Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics)
To build and maintain our own stores, shops and other businesses and to profit from them together.
    Nia (Purpose)
To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.
    Kuumba (Creativity)
To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.
    Imani (Faith)
To believe with all our heart in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders and the righteousness and victory of our struggle.

    like Bob Marley's song;
"every time I plant a seed , they say kill it before it grows"

When a seed is planted in a hole in the ground, it does not mean that,
    that is a funeral

Time is needed for that seed to grow an give shade and nourishment to all, as well producing more seed

I think that reaching different people will require different skills, tactics, and approaches. Although the process of discerning which to apply to whom can be quite arduous, I think that it is worth it.

I don’t think that everyone will want to be a part of the collective, but for those who do….those who call out and sometimes those who act out….For these people I would like to see the community put forth the effort to bring them into the fold.

No one is going to have to reach to no one, when the time comes, and the real unity becomes self evident, Spiritual Nature will as it has in the past outweigh, human nature and all regardless will naturaly gravitate to what is right,

    that is why I advise folks to look at that movie "Kung Fu Hustle" to understand what the message is behind the comedy;
this dude was a bottom of the barrel crimie, but he became a hero and a liberator, when times got rough and "mmmm" hit the fan!

besides by the time the economic condition gets to were it is headed they will have no choice.

Time brings about change. And I would add onto that, the idea that effort, struggle, and tenacity brings about change.
