*inspired by a debate my children were having in the back of the van last night (they teach me things)* for Ashley, Angela, & Jonathan

    the day before tomorrow
    all things are possible
    moving by Divine grace alone
    the day before tomorrow
is the only thing we own

    the day after yesterday
    that which we've worked for
    is a moment closer to
    being realized
    just a breath away from
    a dream crystallized

a year ago, a week ago
    fulfilled its purpose
    to pave the way

    to bring us where
    we stand right now
    at the threshold
    of today

    It's truely amazing...

How kids teach us simple things that as adults we tend to forget or take for granted...
    Thanks Alyce for sharing this!!
    Simply Wonderful!!:)

    thanks Poets...

J'hiah, my kids like to spout riddles and rhymes at each other; making up trick questions and such. They like to challenge (especially the girls against the boy) each other's thought processes. Ashley (the oldest) was going on about what was the day after yesterday, and Angela said it was the same as the day before tomorrow...Jonathan chimed in something about a week from last Wednesday.

And I'm driving and listening, and figuring, they were all talking about "today". :)
