No persons who classify themselves as White living in the area of the World referred to as the United States of America (or for that matter, in any other area of the world) should presume to tell any black person (or other non-white person) what Racism is or is not, until they have read completely Kenneth O'Reilly's Racial Matters.
No black persons living in the area of the world referred to as the United States of America should discourse on Racism or deny the conspiratorial dimensions of the local and global System of Racism until he/she has read Racial Matters completely.
All non-white people (black, brown, red, yellow) should read and discuss the implications of the book, Racial Matters; the implications for themselves as individuals and the implications for their collective should be discussed in depth.

Dr. Kenneth O'Reilly will share his views on the System of Racism/White Supremacy. Dr. O'Reilly's book - Racial Matters - details how White people in the Federal Bureau of Investigations strategically abused non-whites who attempted to counter Racism/White Supremacy. I will ask Dr. Reilly if it is accurate to say that the FBI has and continues to enforce the System of White Supremacy.
