I am the child that Destiny forgot
The one left behind
All alone to fend for herself
Searching the dark halls of solace
Looking for the long forgotten promise of forever

I am the Child that Destiny forgot
The one with the sad sad eyes
Left with tears of comfort
Denying the reality of today

I am the child that Destiny forgot
Aimlessly wandering the corridors
Of yesteryear
Searching for the happier times
Long forgotten

I am the child that Destiny forgot
Standing still
Hoping
To be remembered once again
