God gave me a shining cast

    A beautiful shade...a tint...an earthly tone
A color that forever parallels me

I am referred to by hues of many names:

bistre, bronze, cafe' au lait, caramel~
    cinnamon, and choco'lat...
cocoa, coffee, fawn, henna, hyacinth red,
    mocha and mohagony too...
puce or sun kissed copper girl
    sorrel, tawny, tan, topaz,
    and umber.... -who?

    Others may seek more references
for the reflections of my revenance~

    As for me, my
    natural AWNING preference
    simply put -
    is just BROWN
