The Bear and The Honey Spot
If I were a man I’d dip my cinnamon stick into your honey potSwirling it around, never wanting to stop
Sweet sensations I’d want to taste what you’ve got
Yet I am just a big old bear devouring honey from your tree spot
And you are just a honeybee excreting sugary nectars for me to consume
Symbiotic relationship naturally we are attuned
The grizzly bear that I am I tend to be omnivorous
My meals are greater than four-course
See I tend to hunt Bambi for venison,
I’ve been known to chow down on elk, moose and bison
I even go to the streams for fish; I prefer salmon
Sometimes I rummage the forest for bugs, fruits and berries
Though I stand upon my legs tall to show that I am ferocious and scary
Yet you have me calm and serene every time we meet
Cause there is nothing I want more than to taste pleasant honey syrup sweet
I will tongue lash, give a saliva bath,
To your delectable treats
To the sugariness of your honey spot
While I evade human hunters gun shots
While you buzz around my head, giving me the go ahead
With your stinger ready on backside, never do you attack me for fear of ending up dead
Grizzly Bear that I am, currency means nothing to me…what need do I have for money
Grizzly Brown Bear that I am, my diet means I must consume all that I find…today it’s your honey
