    The Bank Of God
    By Jacqueline Amos

    The bank of God.
Oh what a great interest of love,
    There’s no overpayments are drafts.
The eyes of a mighty God.

There are no foreclosures on the gates of heaven.
If you pay the tides which are given.
    Tides of love, sacrifice.

Humanities that lye’s upon the gates of heaven.
There shall be no checks bounce,
Overdrawn, faith is the amount of his cause,
The bank is open for change.
    The reflections of inner self,
    The tellers of scriptures,
    Must be found.

Feed the mind strengthen the darkness of the walls,
There is no payment for God’s love,
Believing in a greater power than self.
    Drink from the golden cup.
There is no quantity small are large
The bank is blind to color are size.

Humanities the thread of the eyes of the sun.
    Fruits from the heavenly garden,
    Movements of compassion.
    Reflections of change.
