what an art sista love this here.
Yes Yes Yes...this is a very nice & moving piece. I'm feeling it.
Your sleek and rounded poem is a honor to read... whether u imprison it under a necklace of gold, or leave it free and naked, you precede me with your splendor.
Cultivate your curiosity. Keep it sharp and always working.
Consider curiosity your life preserver,
your willingness to try something new.
precedes me in it's splendor.
I was shaking my head in awe of some of these lines, like this one...."Spray your fruit with the laughter of your kiss…" Where does that come from sis? Using the metaphor of cultivating crops... this was just brimming with passion. All I can do at this point is this:
you may not know the art of farming (which i don't believe)
but you definitely are a consumate gardener..
tending it with ease...
First when I saw angelic had gifted us with a poem, I was like
Then when I read it I was like but yo, what else is new.
'Spray your fruit with the laughter of your kiss' is my fave line too, but what a tough choice.
Sister, your writing is magic, like walking on a cloud. Love and adore the way you brought this. Mad respect from your kindred spirit.
Cultivating what you love. Farming the man born for Sage. Taking a single seed from his kiss and planting it into soil you kissed. Dew drop water. Dropped with Sage vibe. Genetic duplication of your perfect fruit. Your flow is blossoming regardless of the weather. Do what ever you ought to. You have listed what is needed to take on this endeavor. Spread your marmalade thick. Enjoy your toast lay it on thick. Bite into his essence your hands cultivated. :luvv:
