    The AmeriKKKan Gulag

"There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation. The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners."- www.Friendsofliberty.com June 17, 2003

Social activists and commentator **** Gregory once said, "considering our history in America any black person who isn't at least a little bit paranoid, is sho'nuff crazy." The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) the federal agency created during the mid 1960's and 70's ostensibly to react to emergencies such as hurricanes, floods and disasters has now morphed into a secret paramilitary organization to control, detain and mobilize counter insurgency plans against AmeriKKKan citizens. Successive presidents since Lyndon Johnson have issued little known or reported Executive Orders creating FEMA and expanding it's powers and responsibilities to the point white folks on both the left and right are now getting increasingly nervous about the way FEMA and the government are moving to lock down AmeriKKKa.

There have been a myriad of plans like King Alfred, REX 84 aimed at creating scenarios and contingency plans in case of massive civil disturbances and martial law had to be invoked. However during the civil Civil Rights, Anti-War and Black Power eras the federal government became increasingly reactionary and repressive. In addition to contingency plans to control large segments of the population, the federal government initiated co-ordinated domestic counter insurgency programs known as COINTELPRO and Operation CHAOS. These programs were designed to target the leadership of radical, progressive and "revolutionary" movements militant labor unions and leftist organizations. People of color were killed, framed, compromised or co-opted. Whites were merely harassed, pressured and intimidated but rarely subjected to the physical violence and incarceration black, brown and yellow radicals were! While that was going on the fascists in the government were doling out millions in federal money to militarize local police departments, passing repressive laws, and signing executive orders to prevent any serious challenged to the ruling elites' hegemony of the nation's political machinery. As the proponents of the New World Order solidify their monopoly and stranglehold on AmeriKKKa, they are preparing for any potential resistance to their plans. In 2000 they stole the presidential election, they at least allowed 9-11 to happen (many including myself are convinced they planned and executed it), they passed the PATRIOT and Homeland Security Acts, launched wars in, Afghanistan, Iraq, Columbia and soon all over the world. Now they are gearing up to clamp down if (and this is a big if since they totally control the corporate mass media propaganda apparatus) a significant number of citizens attempt to thwart their plans. Keep in mind AmeriKKKa now incarcerates more of its citizens now than any country in the world. So it would be nothing to lock down in pre-existing FEMA prison camps huge segments of the AmeriKKKan population during either a staged "emergency" like 9-11, the Oklahoma City bombing or legitimate citizen protests This is no joke, Bush lied about 9-11, Iraq's WMD and they dare anyone to call them on it. So we should be a little paranoid but act accordingly. By that I mean do the right thing and resist these psychopathic fascist manipulators!!!

    :censored: :bazooka: :fight:

Junious!!! Man, this is scarey and depressing. How can anyone stem the tide on such a massive and destructive plan?

The wheels are in motion, the plan has been in place for a very long time, The New World Order continues to be fed the breath of life by the very people who seek world domination, we see it happening right before our eyes, yet we can only fight each other.

Junious, what is it about this that we don't get? Is it in our best interest to just play along like Colin and Condoleeza and hope we don't continue to get the raw end of the deal?

Are we fools to think that we will ever successfully achieve full freedom in this country by making demands and fighting battles like we have been? Who is listening and who cares?

They toss us crumbs (recent Supreme Court decision) and we leap for joy--until someone challenges us again. Vicious, vicious cycle that keeps us distracted and using precious energy on narrowly focused issues.

We listen to political rhetoric, we argue issues--but aren't we just sweating over the small stuff when issues like what you're pointing out are far, far greater to focus on?

If we don't stop the madness and pull ourselves together...we're going to find ourselves neighbors, compliments of FEMA.

    :) NN Queen,
Things look bleak but that is why we must continue to sound the alarm. As you said people are pretending not to know what is going on. This is merely a repeat of of the Viet Nam era with COINTELRPO and Operation Chaos, it is the Spanish-AmeriKKKan War all over again with the lies and deception with an eye to global empire. Our people suffer from what one psychologist called "survival fatigue" we have been beaten down by their psy-ops and lies so we try to urn off and self-medicate to dull the pain of our reality. It won't work and it's sending our people to early graves. We know the real deal we just pretend not to. You are obviously a conscious person, pass some of your knowledge on, make sure your ideas get to the marketplace we (Conscious Africans) can't dance the liberation dance unless we hear the right music. Play that thing and stay strong!

Can you imagine the tsunami of rage that would result when our people wake up from their self-induced coma and see the true reality?

In terms of spreading the message, you're right, Conscious Africans should continue to make sure our ideas are out there in the marketplace. We are going through some critical times.

We need to infiltrate every piece of technology and media concept that exists. It's great to have websites like Destee.com, the Talking Drum and New Black City. We need to own a cable television station, radio stations, major newspapers that promote conscious information. We need conscious programs, documentaries with accurate information, independent films, uplifting music, other forms of entertainment that is responsible and sends the "right" messages.

Don't we have the purchasing power to do this? Design, create, sell, buy, vote for, support, educate, heal, inspire and motivate each other? We can do all these things for us and still be diverse enough among ourselves where we're not clones, but our basic agreement should be never to sway from a commitment of allegiance to US as a people. Assimilation is killing us!

Peace my brother!! I think you do a GREAT job here with your powerful messages!!!

    NNQueen,
just wanted you to know that I had read this article, just had not remembered the Name.... but yes, I believe it to be true; but I think that our focus should be on empowerment- economical, mental and physical.... and focus, focus, focus, so that when America wakes up, we'll be okay--- we can do this...we have to make demands of the media that is out there....Radio One, MBC Network, and the other that will be along this summer. There are still enough Black Newspapers out there... let's do it sister... we just have to do a little homework--- I am game, are you?
