Black Poetry : THE 400 YEARS

ibrahim said:
For 400 years, you have brainwashed us through your kind of eduaction to
make us the fools.
For 400 years, you have made us look inferior,
For 400 years, you ate our corn and looked at us with a scorn.
Treated us badly on slave ships for 400 years, cracked your whip on us and made our blood run cold for 400 years.
But we are still alove, strong, healthy and uniting.
we shall lead ourselves to the land of liberty, where we shall live a good life, be free and leave behind the horrible 400 years of torture for the black man
NEVER DIES.

For 400 years, they tried hard to break us...
and 400 years later, they still can't shake us

You can't destroy something that's put here forever...
It just goes to show...they ain't that clever

The very grounds they walk on, our fathers paved
their blood, sweat and tears, is what they gave

We luv you ibrahim, for speaking these facts...
and always forever still keeping it Black

^5 to this piece poet, I surely like your style and vision
