Actually, I cant recall you ever questioning my interpretation or understanding of the scripture. Moreover, it is you that has this duplicitous way of viewing things
Again you quote something that has absolutely nothing to do with what we are discussing to justify your 2 + 2 = 6 beliefs. You are comparing apples and elephants
Instead of what you're doing,, which is a no @&&ed job? Furthermore, on what basis can you even state that I don't know what I'm talking about? You have made an erroneous judgmental decision about me and a false one. Now who is being the hypocrite christain?
.
I said I'm questioning myself, not you, but about you, which I've done many times before. You do understand that, don't ya? You seem to have quite a difficult time comprehending discussions like these. Maybe you're being emotional about it?
No, it's not apples and elephants. I'm making a point, but since you don't get it, I'll spell it out. You're being a hypocrite, to call him out on wearing his virginity on his sleeve as a Christian, when you have expressed, yourself as a Christian, that you don't even believe virginity is a necessary thing to hold onto before marriage, especially in men. Essentially, you give fornication a pass, so you haven't a real say as to how he speaks about his virginity, since, at the very least, he does believe in keeping his temple sacred. Understand now?
Now, if you couldn't care less whether one doesn't have it, why express dissatisfaction that he does have it and chooses to share, which (his actions) can come across as encouraging his fellow Christians, which we're supposed to do?
Probably because you love judging people who don't live according to your half @ssed ways. And maybe because he proves you, along with many other men, wrong, about it being in your DNA to screw every hole you spot.
