I dont know a jury today that would have convicted him of 1st degree murder for that. In fact, I dont know too many prosecutoers that would have brought that to trial
I am just glad that he did not get executed.
Are they trying to get him a new trial?
that's what it looks like, due to flaws or some crap and if he is found "guitly" again, they will put him back on death row... i sure hope this will be a chance for him not to be put there.
i have been following this story...I'm glad his execution to die got stopped. Now let's see what really happens in the next court trial...
Like I said, once this is presented at trial, he wont be on death row. Unless the trial is in Forsythe Co., Georgia. More than likely, he would get time served
