1. Educate yourself about the requirements for a particular job and meet those requirements. If we have met all the requirements then racism has no choice but to show itself for what it is. If we go in there looking for smaddy to give us some slack we allow racism to hide behind our own behavior 2. Don't deal in personalities. Understand that it is not our responsibility to correct other people's personality disorders. If smaddy wants to act ugly. smile, do what you came to do and be on your way. Why smile? Because if the person is really bad then why let them get us all bent out of shape? Why add to our own bad experiences, draining energy from ourselves and the person still won't change? 3. Wherever we go we must always understandf and keep in mind our purpose for being there.Why should smaddy's not liking us keep us from doing our job. If we want to be with peple who like us we can join a club. They may never like us but they won't be able to do anything less than rrespect us 4. Understand that nobody's going to respect us more than we respecct ourselves. 5. Understand also that nobody's going to give us more respect than we are willing to give. 6. Remember that perception is reality. If we perceive ourselves to be the underdog in a situation then that will be our reality. If we perceive ourselves to be innocent by standers in our own life then others will continue to have control over our reality. Keep the ball in your court. 7. Practive the 9 Stops for Power 8. Assume the best and the best will be attracted to us. Assume the worst and the worst will be attracted to us. Our assumprons become our expectations and our expectations shape the energies that we attract to ourselves. 9. Understand that all whites are not racist and all racists are not white 10 Why does there have to be ten of everything? You can draw on these nine and come up with some of your own based on your observations.
