    I don't know what goes through people's minds. I remember hearing folks talk about people they knew in Miami years back, who kept sayng, "My house, my house!" And they wouldn't leave....smh. Emotional piece poet.

    Nice write. It makes u see how truly attached people are to posessions. Would rather risk their life. Sad

    Thanks Poets. It just breaks my heart for all the lives lost and more they will find. I would leave this and never look back because I think God have greater plans for us. But what can you do when we have Free Will. :car:

    I can't imagine the amount of pain that so much people are facing becuz of this hurricane...lives are all connected, so for every life lost...there are hundreds affected...

    I guess somtimes nature has to come through and remind us just how frail we really are. this was a strong post.
