Some one place up a target practice picture for me. Like the one they shoot at at every POLICE SHOOTING RANGE>> from any shooting range.

WONDER WHY YOU FEEL TARGETED!:?:

What I want to point out is.

What color is the target?

The target is shaped like a man..

What? BLACK.. why is it BLACK!

Is this something that Must be Changed. " CHALLENGED"

They can shoot at Ringed Bulls eyes like they should.

Put a picture silhouette of a dog on a target and shoot at it.

You know the UP ROAR!

Ready.. with me?

For a ride.. a ride off of the Eurocentrix double decker Bus.

Minister Farrakhan brought this point up in a speech years ago after the Amadu Diallo shooting here in NYC. He said: (in part)

"The police are trained to shoot at black people, particularly men because all they practice on are black targets at the range"

So it is a sub-concious re-action when they see a black target they automatically reach for your weapon even if they don't pull it out their shooting hand is resting on the handle....

why don't they just use their own silhouettes like they use too.
