I noticed her sitting on the edges
Of my peripheral vision and with
Ever so slight precession I glanced
And she glanced and our eyes
Become one and at that moment
I understood that she was in need
Of something or someone
Maybe a healing hand
maybe an Ear to confide in
or perhaps this women was
in need of A man
Today I finally conjured up some confidence
to talk to her and as I Walked down the
presumably perpetual Halls of her mind
I questioned her About her life and
who she was and Then quickly it was over
“hello”
“how are you”
“fine”
“goodbye”
There it was.
Maybe I’ll get the nerve to say more
tomorrow
