Black Poetry : Taking My Trip ....

A lost soul ... a story never told ... a tear cried .... a spirit denied

A flesh deprived of the things needed to survive ... Inside I long for a touch ... outside my desire isn't as such ... Who am I fooling?

I hurt ... I want the world to know ... but do I really ... I want you to be with me ... I want me to be with you ... I want us to be as ONE!

Ha Ha Ha ... It's not funny, but I'd rather laugh than cry ... I'd rather sing than hummm ... I'd rather dance than lie down.

I'm rather exuberant considering where I am ... I am lost in a world that has too many people like me .... I am lost in an area that tends to thrive off of my pain and prescribe to me nothing more than another dose of it (pain).

I am now ready to move ... I've been here much too long ... I have reservations in other areas, but I have a fear in me that is much stronger ... I'm going to step out on faith ... For I'm already equipped... I'm tired of running scared ... It's time ... Now I'm taking my trip!

you on your Journey. I'll be watching through my telescope insight of you flying high..swimming low or just running through the land!!! I know how you feel all too well and wasn't until recently that i decided to find a way....my destination is clear...I'm just treading that road. I pray you have a prosperous and safe Journey!!!
