Fellow Melanated people,

I would like to discuss a topic today that many may not have heard of. The act is known as Sun Gazing. Which is staring directly at the sun and recieving the rays of the light into your body. You can sungaze up to one hour after sunrise and one hour before sunset safely with out damaging your eyes. I first learned about sungazing thru a man named HRM. Who supposedly doesn't need to eat and survives off of water and sunlight alone.

Solarhealing.com

He indicates that you start off sungazing for 10 seconds during the safe hours, you then gradually add 10 seconds per day until you reach 44 minutes. Were at that time your body is fully solar charged and you no longer need to sungaze. I closely followed HRM's method for about 3 months. And i have to tell you I have never felt better in my Life. Since I started sun gazing my appettite has decreased considerably (I eat very little), my energy level is high, and Im always happy no matter what. I also have become a vegetarian since that time as well and haven't felt better. Things that normally would make me upset and mad no longer even have an effect on me.

After 3 months of sungazing I decided to make my own guidelines on how to sungaze and that i did not need to follow HRM's method. I now sungaze for 20-30 minutes atleast 2-3 times a week. I sungaze barefoot on natural ground (sand, dirt, grass if you have to). Each of our toes is connected to a different chakra or organ within the body. So when we stand barefoot it is activating our chakras and grounding us to the earth. My pinneal gland has become more active, and I feel a pressure on my forehead were the chakra is opening. Our pinneal gland shrinks to the size of a pea during puberty. With sungazing our pinneal gland enlarges enabling us to become much more psychic. You can blink as normal and do not need to stare at the sun. Once I hit my 20 minute mark I began to start seeing different colors and movements within the sun. I than sit in a dark room with no light and just see amazing color patterns. All answers that I had seemed to be answered by myself while sitting in the dark. Its like another part of my brain was activated and giving me knowledge on questions I had.

One of our eyes is a reciever and the other a transmitter. The sun is supposed to be connected with sirius, and when we sun gaze we actually are communicating with sirius and the cosmos. Its almost like we are Downloading information thru our eyes and transmitting information back to Sirius.

Sungazing is an ancient egyptian practice that our ancestors would do daily. For those unaware 98% of sunlight can only enter the body thru the eyes. The remaining 2% enters our skin, which gives us Vitamin D. For people with brown or black eyes you should be able to sungaze without any problems. The reason being is because the back of the eye is filled with melanin which absorbs the sunlight and distributes it to every organ of the body. Each of our 7 chakras is connected to a different organ, each of which need a proper dose of sunlight to operate perfectly. people with blue eyes are unable to sun gaze. The reason being is because no melanin is in there eye, so the light reflects off of there eyes (instead of absorbed) and the fastest color is blue, so we see there eyes as blue. Also those with hazel/green eyes may have trouble sun gazing as well. The reason being because there eye absorbs only half of the light, the other half is reflected off and the resulting color is green which we percieve. My mother has hazel eyes and had difficulties sungazing.

Humans as a whole have been told to hate the sunlight and that it is not good for us, especially not good to look at. Well that is only for the melanin recessive people. We as melanin dominant need to take advantage of the abilities our melanin can provide for us. Stop wearing the sunglasses and blocking out that precious light which our body needs. We have been incorrectly conditioned and need to change that view I have been sungazing for over 6 months and my life has not been the same since. I no longer have depression, anxiety, addiction like behaviors and much more. I would consider myself either happy most of the time or in a state of neutrality. The cause of most depression, illness and dis-ease is due to a lack of sunlight and bad diet. Once you began to sungaze you should see an incredible difference in your life. And I really do believe that sungazing is what propelled me into healthy eating of raw foods and becoming a vegetarian, which i have been for almost 4 months.

I have also reached a point (which i do not recommend to beginners) where I am able to sungaze during any part of the day (including when the sun is at its highest point) without damage to my eyes. But it takes a lot of practice and preparing your body before most reach this stage. For those interested in sungazing I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. im not an expert, but there are very few articles that explain or even go into detail about sun gazing. I have studied this for six months now and have a firm grip on most of the details regarding it. As stated very few people have articles on this. Jewell Pookrum explains how melanin works in the eye and the rest of the body and thats a good start. Also, people who are weary of this can just do sunning, which is closing your eyes and staring in the direction of the sun, you can do this to beging with than start sun gazing directly. i suggest everyone follow the HRM just for the first few months so you can become acclumated to the sunlight, after that time period you can decided to continue HRM's method or just come up with your own. Your body will tell you what its needs are. and i feel timing myself is no good. I rather just look at the sun until my body tells me its charged.

Some things to remeber for those interested.
-Do not wear contact lenses or glasses because it blocks the UV rays we need
-Do not sungaze thru windows b/c this blocks precious UV rays as well
-You will have a small sun spot in your eyes the first few times you sungaze, this is normal and will disappear once you become accustomed to the intensity of the sun.
- Your body needs to cleanse itself so you may have thoughts, feelings, emotions that need to be realeased. This is due to sungazing, it gets rid off all of your negative ways which will cause some blow outs if you have a lot of built up negativity. This is normal and a sign that change is happening.
-My eyes did water when I started, but dont force it. IF you need to close your eyes close them and wait a few seconds. It takes time to get used to the sun
- Do not exceed the limit you should sungaze. HRM says starts at 10 seconds, but 20-30 seconds would be fine. Dont just jump into it trying to gaze for 10 minutes at a time. it will result in a very weird headache due to too much sun light entering your body.
-Only sungaze during early hours our during sunset.
I am not a Dr, and not responsible for any damages one may get from practicing this. I am only giving my testimony to how it has helped me and how it can help others.
I hope this info is beneficial to those interested.

Also do some research on this. dont just take my word for it.

One love.

um

I first learned about sungazing thru a man named HRM. Who supposedly doesn't need to eat and survives off of water and sunlight alone.

is sun gazing for adults only because i would like to know did HRM
eat as a baby?

From what I understand he was an adult when he started this practice. HE has supposedly been 11 years without food. But I think that some people in his group have caught him eating late at night. But there are people out there called breatharians who survive of off air alone. Me personally, I think we can survive without some food for a while. But I think we still need some raw foods to sustain us every now and then.

i would agree

that we do need some raw food now and then

just breathing air huh? interesting

11 years huh? no fruit or vegetables? just sun and water?

like a plant? i don't find this far-fetched

because all of what we do is energy based anyway

do you have a current picture of HRM?
