Black Poetry : Summer In Heat

I am that poet in heat
where Summer makes my tongue desirous to meet
the sweet yet spicy ginger nectars of the one I love
make unbridled love under star-lights above
I want her to be my Chinese finger puzzle; yet I wont have her stuck to my
finger
her ebony spice mixed with lemonade and ginger
on me, her scent will linger
and linger
for 96 days
I'll be blazed
shifting through her sun and moon phase
the purple haze
perplexing maze
of the one that I do
She's Midnight Summer Madness All Year Through
I'll be seer prophesying, foretelling
there will be lots of kickin screamin and yellin
at least there will be from me
cause around her I ain't afraid to show her all the me I can be.
We'll be drenched not from
excitement of an embrace
but from the summer rains
that fall upon unbridled inhibitions
And as we're entwined together
We become the unsolvable puzzle,
a sight where one knows not where
one soul begins and the other ends.
Entwining lovers and friends.
A scene where we two are unified as one
inhale, exhale, breathing at the things we've done
When we awake we'll consider the question of the rising sun
consider the rising sun
consider raising sons

This reminds me of a quote I been pondering.
"am i not only a SoN?"
Your words make us take flight.
