Sudan : Sudanese Court Sentences Pregnant Woman to Death for Apostasy - Nothing More than Barbarism

The Qur'an and the Bible say to put people to death for apostasy. What's the problem? I often wonder why Christians ignore the many bible verses where it says the same thing.

Where in the bible does it say to kill people IF they become apostate. (Don't even talk about the Roman Catholic Church because that is a different ball game...history shows clearly who and what the RCC is. Christianity is about Jesus and he never stated that people should behave like that.

Can you give bible verse for your accusation.

And if you want photo copies of actual bible quotes (if you don't own a bible), I can provide them.
And FYI, Islam considers the bible the true word of God. They just add other texts into the mix (the Qur'an).

This is very clear. If a Christian doesn't know this then I doubt very much you've even read a word in the bible, because it speaks about it literally all the way through...

There is a point to know here: Second Chronicles - it is the tribe of Judah and Simeon and those who lived among them who made a covenant with the Lord, and they agreed together to put to death idolaters of their two tribes.
Next, Deuteronomy, it is the house of Israel and those who are in the house of Israel who are commanded not to follow after other Gods. That would be the Twelve tribes of Israel. Everyone else in these times are not subject to that law.

It has been said Islam considers the Bible true. With the Atonement of Christ there is forgiveness. Therefore; even so, one who believes the Old Testament and the New of Christ is not an idolater but is worshipping the same true GOD and His Son who he sent. It is a fulness of the word of GOD

There's obviously more than just those two books where it speaks about apostasy...
