    S-Stress is a disorder that can trigger your brain,
    T- Try to lay down and go to sleep,
    R-Relax and take deep breaths,
    E-Exercise your mind and try to remain calm,
    S-Stay focused on your relaxation techniques,
    S-Stay motivated and don't stand on your feet,

    If this doesn't work, try to take some medication,
    Excedrin or Advil might do the trick to relieve your pain.
    I know that i have a lot of stress,
    But i do whatever it takes to relieve my anger,

    If you feel like punchin somethin, punch your pillow,
    Careful not to punch your man while he's sleep.(ha-ha)

    You have my apologies for having such a dirty mind, but I opened this piece expecting to see something hot and dirty about the many way’s to relieve stress. My bad I guess that’s just me (LOL)

    Nice piece, thanks for sharing. Yes, stress can pile up. And the pillow idea is an excellant alternative, thank you for that, lol.
