Black Haiku : Stolen Innocence

[Earthly Allure]

***This is dedicated to my sister who's innocence was stolen, but who is an overcomer now, Because of my Savior/Wife Jesus Christ!


He slid in and stole
Your innocence and virtue,
Your only silver and gold.
He changed your course of childhood

He did what none should,
Simply because it was not time,
To make you a woman,
Abruptly in your lifeline.

He tried to destroy,
Making you feel down and less
Of the child you were
and the woman you are now.

But like the phoenix
from your ashes you did rise,
To live again free
There's no more shame in your eyes

You are a free shape,
And no prisoner of rape.
