All Phyllis needed was a friend who was a man
A loving man
Her loverman

Tall like her
Eye to eye
Tear to tear
A man to keep her demons at bay
Just someone to love her
Live the passions of her songs
Take away the pressure

Had I only met her before the end
I would have loved to love her
So I did

In elementary script and keyboard magic
I loved her with all I am
It was all about her
She started my ink boiling
It overflowed with each song I'd hear

Daily tributes to a woman in need
Happy with myself
For giving of myself
It's the only way to be
Phyllis understood
I know she loved me

Somewhere out there Phyllis sings
She turns constantly
Hoping her words find me in the heated wind
She knows I still look for her
Still wanting to love her
I'll always look for Phyllis
Reciever of my written love
The love I blindly give
I'm still loking for Phyllis
Somewhere out there she lives
