Upstate, NY
Occupation
Nurse/attending college for psychology
Bound by chains of welfare
The bars and prison walls
The education system
They claim it's the same for all
The programming and misunderstanding
Of our present situation and exactly what’s happening
Leaves us asleep and oblivious to the fact
That we’re not controlling our own lives
Being manipulated into how to act
The real devil isn’t red and he’s always around
All throughout history his presence is found
He’s followed by lies death and destruction
Misery and poverty all surround him
He wants us in our place and means for us to stay there
So in our minds he implants the fear
If you have no self-love or knowledge of you
You’ll fall victim to his destruction too
Educate to recreate a whole new you
Then teach our children love our children
So they can stand up for themselves too
