No, a WW took her to court to sue her, because she was calling ALL of her AA staff the N-Word. She lost the case only because the judge ruled that she couldn't represent those (AAs) who were harmed by her racist speech, even though she had witnessed it, and Paula Deen admitted it in court. Steve offered her the position, because he said she deserved a second chance, because she was being dragged in the media over the law suit, etc. But, apparently he had a change of mind after trying to work with her, and he revoked his offer. The problem was not because she was a WW, the problem was that it was proven, and she admitted, that she always called AAs by the N-Word.
