    Spirit of Another Worlds

We live in the chaos of an insane planet
Psychopathic white men rule every continent
And there is no place a Black Man can get away to
Nowhere we can protect Our Women and Children from hate.

Some have asked me why I write so angrily
But it’s the simple truth that enflames their heresy
We can no longer pay no mind to our senses and our histories
We must learn to speak our needs and breathe only for our victories.

We are holy human beings trapped in a sinfull world
We are the offspring of this planet’s most brilliant prodigy
Giving our children’s children’s fortunes to our masters for acceptance
Multi-dimensioned spiritual people held captive by the dead and the color-less.

We seek solutions where there are no easy answers
No clever retorts can take us through these bitchass winters
There is no perfect sermon to bring all the peoples to the same faith
And even the funniest mutherfukas on earth cant laugh us through all this bullshyt.

*whew* ...I feel every fiber of your (our) anger...
Your anger came through me, which is a good thing indeed, translations of this amoung our own, will hopefully bring about a change, which is our only means of survival in the corruption of this universe. Without "Revolution" ...hate remains and dwells in the spirits of us and through our children.
You're so right about "even the funniest can't laugh us through this,
    nor the ....
    Saddest,
    or the
    Smartest,
    or the
    Richest...
Only "Revolution" must take place to restore what was stolen.
"As it was in the beginning, ...so shall it be in the end"
thanks, this is a very awesome...slice of truth...which means, our ancestors are forever at work...through the best of us.
    wonderful write up.

How often does peace come from peaceful means? The anger is heard and understood.. Flow on brotha.

Peace is one of the most complicated things to get. How can peace work if it is not forced? In one way or another, an injustice will always fly out and destroy what would be peace. So I have gone through the anger, and I have resented the world. But my fear has come. There is no longer resentment in my heart, no longer any anger. There is only sadness and dissapointment, and that is the deadliest feeling that I could live with, when looking at the tragedies of this world, and the oppresions that still plague the black man. Revolution, is not the ideal for us, it is a concept that we will have to grasp collectively, that we will grasp eventually.

this poem spoke to the way I have viewed the world. Makes me feel ok, that im not the only one. Keep the flow goin

I truely understand all that you said and I agree to most, but ...
I think that sadness and disappointment won't/don''t and can't change our state of "underpowerness" ...however, total dis-satifaction collectively will and can bring about a change. As long as things stay the same, there will always be tragedies and oppressions that plague our people.

I totally agree, sadness and dissapointmen doesn't change a state of underpowerness, as you said. I think that, instead, it creates a lack of drive for any type of positive action. Or at least, that has been what happens to me. And dissatisfaction could bring a change, but we need more than dissatisfaction, because people live their whole lives being dissatisfied, and don't do a single thing about. There needs to be the desire to change. And the realization of what's really going on. And not everyone has grasped that yet. Some can even live with their situation. That is what has made me sad. That is not going to drive me to do anything though. Determination will. But we'll see, a new year is coming...

...the dark current of discontent and anger flowing beneath this piece...
reaches out and touches...the same discontent and anger inside of me
one would have to be out of touch with reality to not feel
the same way about what has been done to us..."we have no haven...to run to"
if the poetry isn't real...it's not real poetry....shooo, make it angrier in my opinion
    Make them feel it...
