Speaking of journeys
There's this road ahead
That I've come to a fork in
And now I dread
The decision......
Or should I say, the indecision
of the separation,
the division
in this road
cause one road is paved with gold
and the other, a possible dead end
a path only for the bold
I said I wouldn't ever return
but yet here, I stand
So since you hold the key
that opens the promised land
I ask you,
Will I end up on that road again?
You know the path I speak of
The path that makes women afraid of men,
for fear of having their tails kicked to the curb...
So tell me...
Will I
End up
On that
Road Again?
That road
That street
Where lover's hearts
dare to meet
The one that left me...
in defeat
I said I wouldn't
I thought I couldn't
And the good Lord knows,
I shouldn't
But here I am...
I mean, a head's up would be nice
Just a hint, perhaps, some advice
You know, since you have to think
about it more than...thrice
Tell me....
Will
I
End
Up
On
That
Road
Again?
Tell me baby....
Will I?
