South Africa : South Africa rules against youth leader for "hate" speech

Shortly after a Johannesburg court rules that ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema
engaged in hate speech by singing a struggle song that translates to "shoot the boer",
supporters sing the (effectively banned) song outside.

Let us ask ourselves this:

The court set during the week, all the youths who are singing and dancing, were they not supposed to be at school (as much as school has its disadvantages, we still need it to be able to pick ourselves up from there to the future) , where they not supposed to be at work....most of them are not working, most of them think that education is not useful (their hero Julias has no real formal education in the first place) and they guy once said that his not educated and yet his is ANC youth league president which means that one does not need education in politics....we are being lead by those who fail to reason and think properly.....this whole fiasco is not a course for celebration....to a certain extend education opens one mind and logic.....

Do you know that most of those youth came to JHB in buses and taxis from different areas of our country....who paid for the buses and the taxis....and why....
