    Flyin south, lookin for paradise
that sunny warm day, warm breezy
    night - paradise
those rainy weekends that make the
    worms come out - paradise
that sunday afternoon stroll in the park, layin
    on the beach - paradise

flyin south tryin to get away from the
chill winters freezin rain and snow storms

tryin to get away from the leafless trees,
    cloudy skies,
    mostly cloudy skies,
    partly cloudy skies,
    dark skies

tryin to get away from dark skies

    but, sometimes birds stay north
sometimes they want to tough out
    the seasons change.
sometimes they don't mind wearin an
extra coat to keep from freezin

    sometimes......

    they realize that paradise
    is always up north
