I don't understand why there would be difficulty finding this guy guilty just based on the fact that law enforcement clearly told him "DO NOT PURSUE ANYONE". I'm paraphrasing here.
Trayvon was not committing a crime. There was NO reason to "pursue" him. Then he ends up dead because he went for your gun?

If I was the prosecution, that would be one of my main arguments.
That might show "intent," that might show he's a "hothead," but I don't think disobeying a phone operator is a criminal offence.
