I believe there's a way for me to automatically change all of the codes, but I've not got that far yet.

For your signature ... you can just change it if you want ... and they should show up.

No ... the help section isn't very extensive yet ...

but basically ... the codes are different ... which is why the old ones aren't showing up.

When creating a post ... you'll see the little green "media" icon ... where you can add a video.

If you do that, go through that process, you'll see how different the code is.

instead of [/media] ... at the end.
