    A Ghana-born doctor has been elected the first black mayor in Slovenia - and probably the first in old Yugoslavia.

    Peter Bossman, a candidate of the centre-left Social Democrats (SD), narrowly won a municipal election in the Slovenian coastal town of Piran.

    Brothers have been up there for a minute

    from Pushkin in Russia, to Sesostris back in the days, and most communists were taught Black history in school and the entire civil rights struggle and the African revolutions
