So once again, the blame for all our woes are.... ourselves. No outside forces meddling in our lives, our affairs. WE decide if parents are unfit and take their children from them. WE decide the curriculum of the public schools we send our children to. WE decide what time the #6 bus our people get to work on departs and arrives. We decide the routes of the #6 bus. Heck! We decide if the #6 runs at all! Nope, we are a self-determining people. We run our communities, WE decide the destiny of Africans in America AND abroad... and nobody else! And what? We're too stupid to get it right? Or is it that, genetically, we're just natural muck-ups?

(smh)

You are beginning to sound like a defeatist.

Demonstrate for us, what that has to do with entities out there making
the effort to change our conditions?

:bs: Facts is facts

Sorry, but many of our wounds are self inflected.

WE decide if parents are unfit and take their children from them.
No, child services do.

WE decide the curriculum of the public schools we send our children to.
No, the state does.
WE decide what time the #6 bus our people get to work on departs and arrives.
No, the school district does. They also decide what school your child will attend.
We decide the routes of the #6 bus. Heck! We decide if the #6 runs at all!
No, and no...the school district does both.
Nope, we are a self-determining people
No, but some of us are.
. We run our communities,
If this is true, then we are doing a poor job of it.

WE decide the destiny of Africans in America AND abroad... and nobody else!

Wow...so why can we provide a better destiny for blacks in other countries?

And what? We're too stupid to get it right? Or is it that, genetically, we're just natural muck-ups?

So what is the problem? If we are all of what you say, and can see past the hype, why do many of us fall for the oke'doke?

Hyperbolic rhetoric serves no purpose.

Peace!

Who said they weren't?

No, child services do.
Sarcasm for the folk who seem to think we're a self-determining people, thus WE run it.

No, the state does.
Then why all the talk about what's wrong with black people rather than putting the blame where it belongs?

Enough with this foolishness. Unless, of course, reading comprehension is a problem? Or perhaps an inability to recognize sarcasm? Whateva. Continue with the self-debasement of "it's all our fault." :news:

No, communication skills are one of the few things people need to develop along with articulation...

Face it...you talked big and got called on it. It's something you have a hard time dealing with, and don't take very well.

Peace!
