shhhhh
hush now
love finally cried herself to sleep
and i don't want you to wake her
she's been pining for you
for quite some time now
at last
the final tear has dried
the hiccoughs did subside
now love lies
curled on her side
in sweet repose
and only i know
how long she wailed
till fatigue prevailed
now hush...
let her sleep

it seemed like love wailed
for eternity
inside of me
which made me leary
about dehydration
since used like a mason
in ed poe's the black cat
will some supanat
forces
quench loves remorse and
set things on their course and
free me of this curse and
let loves living agony submerse in
a flowing pool of true happiness
or will it keep tapping this
section of my soul
that makes feel incomplete
if love is losing this battle
i hope that it's not to proud to cheat...
