In her “ugly” days
she hated her ugly ways
But she’s pretty now

Today she walks tall
when she strolls the mall
Cause she’s pretty now

her self-esteem went through the roof
the day the old herself went Poof!
Snap! She’s pretty now

Hair now long, silky and straight
she got the most graceful gait
and she’s pretty now

She thanks God for tummy tucks
To her worth every buck
Behold she’s pretty now

Prada and Mac
How will she ever pay them back
since she’s pretty now

Her nails stay “fixed”
Some people even think she’s “mixed”
See she’s pretty now

Mens look her way
Each and every day
Yes she’s pretty now

She sees the “uglies” get picked o’er
As stampedes beat down her door
Knowing she’s pretty now

She gets her pick o’ the litter
No longer feels so bitter
For she’s pretty now

She’s pretty now

Through shallow eyes of blind beholders

mAN O MAN,
DID I TRY MY LUCK,
AT BRACES,
WHITENING,
AND SCULPT A BUTT....

3 YEARS LATER,
AND 30 POUNDS LIGHT,
IM HAPPIER THAN i EVER HAVE
BEEN N LIFE,

IT TOOK A WHILE TO NOTICE ME,
BUT NOW THINGS ARE AS THEY POSED TO BE...

I LOVED UR POEM..
A LOTTA FEMALES GO THRU THIS..
THE TRANSFORMATION PHASE.
