She's so high that she can hear heaven
But she know's that heaven can't hear her
The angels don’t love this soulless child
    Lost
    Forgotten
    Helpless child
    Left to fend for herself
Amongst the evil things that man can do
    To break a heart
    To kill a soul
To make a smile shed a tear
nothing but the crack pipe of salvation
to see her through the tough times
the rush that covers the pain , and tears and lonely tomorrow’s
    concealed within a hazy fog
    in her mind
all the world is a stage
and she is the main headliner
    No more happy days
    That makes her heart sing
    no more splendid moments
That can take her breath away
    Nothing but heavy tears
Filled with the sorrows of the world
    Mothers weep for her
Fathers bang their fists against the harden earth
    Brothers hold the pain in
And shed silent tears of longing ..inward
Sisters stare through her soul with the third eye of forgiveness
She's so high that she can hear heaven
But she knows that heaven can't hear her

with each line you speak, a woman I know or have known in the same situation flashed before me. Thank you for this harsh reality.

I saw this title days ago and it intrigued me. This message is stark and real... and there are too many sistas and brothas far too high...and dangerously low.

    thank you for this

    drowning in the sorrows
    of sadness
    surrounded by the madness
that is this time we live in

    regardless of our circumstance
    GOD hears all
    the cries of HIS children
...all of those who hear HIM.

    KNOW THIS.

i love the way you flow.

It is terribly unfortunate that life’s
Realities breaks so many down so far
that they choose to medicate to escape
