Tea induced dreams
I have tried some different teas and I have yet to feel any of the stuff you guys have talked about here, but I did have one lucid dream. I made a strong cup of yarrow and mugwort by boiling the herbs. When I went to bed, (these herbs had me really relaxed) I had the weirdest dream.
I ended up at a male co workers' house,(in real life I don't even talk to this person, just in passing) and he had all kinds of statue like awards , or placs shall I say on his mantel, it was suggesting that they came from a long line of family divinity of some sort, withcraft, voo doo or something. Long story shorted, he gave me a hug, it felt sensual and I thought we were going to be intimate, but instead he laid me down on the floor and said that he wanted to pray a prayer of protection for me.
I was like, O, oookaay?? As I lay there, I felt an entity
running circles around my body, I get the impression of the tazmanian devil spinning out of control, yet circling my body as I lay on the floor. During this time, he, my co worker(in real life) is speaking another language and like Portugese or something, I could not understand him at all. So, I closed my eyes because I didnt want to see what this entity looked like, I just didnt want to see it. I wasn't scared or anything, but I just did not want to witness it. When it was over, I got up from the floor, and next to me was a large table with a landscape on it. It had miniature trees, grass and a path, road. (Remember the movie Beetle Juice, when they had a miniture architectural community, well it puts you in the mind of that, although it had no houses on it) Anyhoo, at the end of this snake like path, there was a penis!! Ok, lol, I thought to myself, where did that come from
I immediately checked myself,(still dreaming) because I thought that I maybe had sex or something. But I didn't
(just my luck, maybe next time) But some how or another, I felt protected and I was not scared, just curious where did that penis at the end of the road come from
The landscaping and the penis appeared from the energy that the entity generated from all the spinning around my body. I woke up and called Astrologer 4U to help me interpret that dream. I wonder what the message was in that, and why the penis
The Mugwort and Yarrow, put me out though, I could not get up the next morning, I felt like I had a night out drinking or something.

last night I mixed mugwort, nutmeg, kava kava, cinnamon, and valerian root.....not only will it relax you to the point where you will pass out when you hit the pillow.....it will also have you in other dimensions......everytime I went to sleep I was somewhere else.....and like free2bme said, i had an extremely difficult time waking up......

DG GeorgeM a Brotha once told me it felt like he was having a near death experienced when he smoked some mugwort, motherwort and nutmeg. Sounds to me like he laid it on really thick. I wanted to try this combo and burn it in a glass jar that way I can control the intake.
You might also be interested in "Dictamnus tea" this is powerful also when used with wormwood. Dictamnus tea by itself can be used to astral project into a person's dreamscape. A heard a story about it recently that Women would give it to Men that they wanted to visit them in their dreams. There is a ritual they would perform with the leaves first, and then a pouch would be created for the Men to place under their pillows. Considering that Dictamnus is a powerful herb for astral travel it may be possible. I have yet to try it!
