As we yet again remain confused and dumbfounded no new mass movement has come about since the heydays of the Civil Rights and Black Power era, rehashing the agendas and tactics of the past won't get us there!

I. e., in this era plagued by white bigots and white racists in or out of power, black rage is not bound to lead to white guilt trips...

So true ... maybe reiterating those events and keeping them top of mind, might inspire some one to step up and take the lead. Who knows, you might be inspired to start a movement. Every little step can lead to great accomplishents!

Also, let us give props to more recent grassroots efforts, (here it came about by the was of the black mothers who put out there own calls to halt the black youth against black youth b. s. aka SAVE OUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS), and the generations spanning first MILLION MAN MARCH, etc.

We did and do need and should heed our own wounds too!
