I always mistakenly presumed that the new Hispanic-White Census Bureau designation was created by the criminal enterprise known as the Clinton Administration in 1995 but alas it was instituted by non other then Richard Milhouse Nixon in 1970 a true demon and may he burn in HELL.

How the Census Bureau Invented "Hispanics"

For anyone who's been following Major League Baseball in recent years, it's apparent that the memo has gone out that now is the time to wring one's hands over a lack of African-American players.

In 1821 colonists in Santo Domingo declared their independence from Spain.
"The Haiti Invasion of Dominican Republic was a military invasion and ensuing 22 years occupation of the newly founded Dominican Republic on the eastern side of Hispaniola by Haiti, from February 9, 1822 until February 27, 1844."
the Dominican Republic gained its independence from Haiti in 1844.

Haiti invaded the neighboring country 1 year after the Dominican Republic gained independence from Spain. Haiti became a colonial master.
