    If you have a gmail account, you should be using the two-factor authentication system. It's enterprise style security, for your personal e-mail account. It can be a bit of a hassle upfront, but well worth it. Benefits:
    • Authorization code sent to your mobile phone to login on new computers. This is renewed every 30 days.
    • Trusted machines available to change settings just in case you lose your phone.
    • Setting up individual application-specific passwords to access your Google accounts and services (no need to memorize them, save them in an application safely with the ability to revoke them on Google's side at any time
