So CEOs are the only people in America who have college degrees?

Sure...my momma said I can play to day...my homework is aalllll doooone.

College degree?...Which one, you have several starting with AA.

Let me seeeeeee, they have a track record, they have experience, they have a portfolio to prove what they say about themselves....Hmmmm.... oh, they have....what do you call those people...oh... head hunters, they have head hunters.:popcorn3:

Now lets see what the average fast food worker has that is coming out of high school.....they have milk behind the ears, pimples, no clue about the world and how it works, their parents on speed dial...:nails:

Hello mommy...the big bad man yelled at me because I could not get a simple order right, I tried 3 times and it's so hard, how am I suppose to know what "no cheese " mean:em4600:

They have bus fare that their parents gave them just incase their friends car breaks down:sos:

And they have no idea of what they are asking when they ask to be paid a wage that other people have paid their due to make.

Peace!

What CEO has an AA?

If everyone gets an AA, they will be qualified, educationally, to be a CEO of an international corporation?

Let me seeeeeee, they have a track record,
Who are you talking about? ALL CEOs? And a track record at what - Sales? Last I heard that was the job MOST CEOs had before reaching their position, i.e., they were glib-talking salespersons. In fact, Sales (and Marketing) is often called the "track to CEO."
they have experience,
In what? Being born into the family that owns the company like the billionaire Koch brothers?

they have a portfolio to prove what they say about themselves....Hmmmm....
I'm done. This is just made-up stuff.

Unless, of course, you have a specific CEO in mind that we can examine his "track record," check on his AA degree, etc? :10500:

We know the CEO of America has several degrees (NONE from Jr. College), but like I said, he only makes $400,000/year so I guess he's not as qualified as the $20 million/year CEO of WalMart.

To be fair my sista, you really didn't specify in your post about degrees.....now did you?:whistling:

When I said the difference in them and a CEO was education you relied with:

So CEOs are the only people in America who have college degrees

Now do you see the problem here...you left the door open and lettin all my heat out.....:news:

You could have closed it buy 1) not opening it, or 2) state the level of education....:tweety:

You are answering your own question....don't you know every CEO that is hired to run a company has some kind of "track" record:11200:

Oooookkkk...A track record is simply that. For example, when I was an industrial elct, the last three places I worked at saw an increase in production because of my motor maintenance schedule I made. I didn't wait until a bearing seized up, I changed it before it did, thus productions lines ran longer because they had fewer motor failures.

Now when I applied for head electrician on my next job, I used that to help me get the job....you see how this works?:bath:

In what? Being born into the family that owns the company like the billionaire Koch brothers?

Exceptions don't make the rules, and you are just speculating, now aren't you?:em3700:

I'm done. This is just made-up stuff.

Yeah...CEO's are a myth....

Unless, of course, you have a specific CEO in mind that we can examine his "track record," check on his AA degree, etc? :10500:

Why would you give me a gift like this...oh you do love me....:angel1:

CEO:

Westinghouse selects GE exec as CEO
Danny Roderick, the new chief executive officer of Westinghouse Electric Co., is bringing to the nuclear energy firm an expertise in markets that stretch far beyond the company's Cranberry headquarters.

Track record:

Mr. Roderick, 52, was named president and CEO of the company on Wednesday. He has worked in the nuclear industry for more than 30 years and was most recently senior vice president of nuclear plant projects at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in Wilmington, N.C.

While at GE-Hitachi, Mr. Roderick's team explored building a nuclear site in Saudi Arabia, and on Wednesday he said he expects the Middle East and Eastern Europe to remain emerging markets for Westinghouse.

Prior to joining GE-Hitachi, Mr. Roderick worked in the utility industry and did business with Westinghouse, handling the purchase of four of its flagship AP1000 reactors. The company is currently building several AP1000 models in southern states, but Mr. Roderick said the domestic market hasn't caught up to international enthusiasm for nuclear energy.

Wake up...that was too easy, I found that with my eyes closed...:snapoutofit:

SO could he have gotten to where he's at on a high school diploma, GED, or AA? You are mixing apples and sweet potato pie.....

Hey the street lights are just about on.......:swing1:
Peace!

This conversation is just silly. Come up with something to back up the RIDICULOUS assertion that the diff between CEOs and the rest of us is education (smh), THUS they should be paid 331 times more than the rest of us.
