This collection is funny an early milestone in urban T.V comedy
it was an immediate critical and audience favorite when it made it's
    debuted in the early 70's running 6 seasons from 1972 - 1977 a struggling
Junk dealer always dreaming of schemes to strike it rich a single Black
Father & son clashing showcase black talent likes of (Lena Horne)
(B.B. King) episodes writen by (Richard Pryor) as it develop more barrier-
breaking shows like the Jeffersons & GoodTimes
Fred G.Sanford great line ("This the big One") a great collection to get
and enjoy season 5 is set to be released very soon i have all 4 so far.

How do you rate this T.V series of Sanford & son alone the lines of
other shows like Goodtimes , Jeffersons , what's happening , living colors
    of the Decade ?

This is another collection that is released too quickly, I picked up the 1st 2 seasons, but still have to get the last 3. I really need to win a shopping spree at Best Buy!

They cost about $25 each Carrie...the problem for me is that too many DVDs come out that I want every month!

My grammy wouldn't really know there were more CD's, she's a little out of touch with that stuff...I could get them seasonal for her as little surprize gifts.

Now do you mean $25 per episode or $25 per season?

But like you I still want to get Dave Chappell's 2nd season, the Living Color DVD's and both seasons of Nip/Tuck.
